Villa in 1st sea line

This dreamlike villa is located in the first line of the sea in the charming village of Port Valldemossa, a quiet, natural village with a few houses, right by the sea. Away from mass tourism, enjoy the relaxed Mallorcan ambience. You not only enjoy the fantastic sea view, also the view of the unique Tramuntana mountains.

The living area is approx. 200 m2 and is distributed over 2 floors. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of them en suite. There are 3 double beds and 2 single beds and is suitable for up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is the living room with a fireplace, a pool table, an open, fully equipped kitchen, separated by a bar, a bedroom and a bathroom.

On the first floor there are three additional bedrooms and a large bathroom with a double sink and a bathtub, as well as another bathroom en suite with shower.

Room description

The first bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in closet, a large balcony with fantastic sea views and a bathroom en suite.

The second bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a balcony, also with sea views.

The third bedroom on the upper floor has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and sea views.

The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and has a wardrobe, sea views and access to the terrace and pool.

All rooms are equipped with air condition hot/cold and a TV.

Outdoor area

The living room, the kitchen and one of the bedrooms lead to the 150 m2, partially covered terrace and the 7x4 meter pool. There is a barbecue area, a sun terrace with loungers, a chill-out area with a sofa and a covered dining area. There is also an outside shower.

From every room as well as from the entire outdoor area you can marvel at the wonderful sea views and the breathtaking Tramuntana mountains. In this villa you can enjoy an unique sunset with cocktails and barbecue by the pool.

Surroundings

Just a few meters walk away is the stone beach and a restaurant. There is also a harbor with its berths for fishing boats and an adjacent bathing area. From there you can take a boat to go fishing or to other bays on the coast. The coast is also well known for kayaking, stand-up paddling, snorkeling and swimming. Experienced athletes can go as far as Banyalbufar, Cala Deia or the famous "Sa Foradada". This villa is not only suitable for families and beach holidaymakers, but also for racing cyclists, climbers, hikers and other athletes (e.g. yoga) and for those who would like to explore the beautiful island.

Port Valldemossa is approximately 10-15 minutes drive from the village of Valldemossa. There is a supermarket, bakeries, patisseries, souvenir shops and the famous Valldemossa Charterhouse. You get to Port Valldemossa via a narrow, winding road through the Tramuntana mountains from Valldemossa. You can reach the capital Palma in about 35 minutes and the airport in 45 minutes.
